We currently have 16 horses. Our herd is made up of 1 stallion, 5 geldings, and 10 mares. We ride all that are old enough, and only breed one or two mares a year at this time. We have several different breeds, but our main focus is on the stock breeds (AQHA, APHA, and ApHC).

| I haven't uploaded a pic yet of our young stallion, Guy's Fortunate Sun, but he's the king of the ranch and of our program. He's a gorgeous, long-legged red sorrel with a small star and large snip. Pics will be uploaded soon. We have many plans for him, including taking him to the AQHA World show in Barrel Racing, entering futurities and derbies, and winning lots of money in barrel racing. Sunny's sire is Ante Up Guy and his dam is Shesa Specialfortune. His pedigree can be seen by clicking the link to the left.
-------------------------------------------------- Next is Leo's Tru Mountain, aka Sequoia. He is a 2002 AQHA gelding who is showing great promise in the barrel racing arena. He is tall, strong, and fast, and has begun earning a bit of money. He is Laura's main barrel mount.
--------------------------------------------- This is Silent Bambi, aka Bambi, a stunning 1991 AQHA palomino mare. She is sweet and kind, and OH-SO-PRETTY!!! She is due to foal next spring, in foal to Playboy Nubar Iceman AQHA Perlino stallion in hopes of getting a nice little cremello or perlino filly to cross with Sunny. Bambi is the dam of the Appaloosa, Silent Indian Summer.
--------------------------------------------------------- Here is Hunny, our 1987 unregistered palomino Quarter Horse mare. She is 15.1hh, thick and stout. She is as sweet as her name implies! She is a very good trail horse, a nice ride for visitors, and a good lesson horse.
-------------------------------------------------- This is Tex, a 2003 unregistered QH gelding who's greenbroke and starting on barrels. He's a nice young fellow who enjoys going on trail rides. |

| Approximately 40% of each year's foal crop of Appaloosas are born solid colored, with no Appaloosa spots. Therefore, Appaloosas without spots are not uncommon, but they are still Appaloosas! They have the same physical and mental toughness and athletic ablity as their spotted brothers and sisters, and make fine horses indeed. --------------------------------------------------- The bay to the left is Twist Of Fortune, aka Twister, our 2 y/o filly that Michelle bought from Texas. She's over 14.2hh now and we think she'll make it to 15.2hh. She will also probably roan out, as she is beginning the color changing process already. Michelle has begun breaking her, and we intend to futurity her in a couple of years. She is a very fine, fast, sweet girl that we have big hopes for, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for her.
Her sire is Black Jack Fortune AQHA SI 101 and her dam is Son's Prairie Rose ApHC.
---------------------------------------
------------------------------------------ To the left is Ultra Je T'adore, aka Jetta. She is a 2 y/o liver chestnut Walkaloosa filly who is SUPER smart and a very kind and curious horse. She has a great sense of humor and loves to "smile" for us. She is also highly intelligent and loves to learn things. She is very smart, but doesn't have any malice at all... a very good combo! She is gaited, and is making a very nice, smooth trail horse. We will see with time if she will make a barrel horse, but if she doesn't, she will still excel as a comfy, trusty trail horse. Her color pattern is "blanket". Her sire is Born Supreme ApHC and her dam is Miss Midnight Max TWHBEA
-------------------------------------- Next is Silent Indian Summer, aka Summer, our beautiful 2 y/o solid palomino filly. She is very cuddly and loves to be around people, just like her mother Bambi. She is fast and will make a very nice barrel horse. I will get some better pics of her, she is very beautiful but I haven't had time to get good shots of her. Her sire is also Born Supreme ApHC and her dam is Silent Bambi AQHA
--------------------------------------------- This is Hillbilly Rockstar. He is a fall 2008 foal, is out of Chris Bar Dola AQHA who is the dam of my APHA mare Foxy Red Miss, so Rockstar and Missy are half siblings. Rockstar is also by Born Supreme. He is a very nice, sensible, good-minded lil fellow that we think will grow to 14.2hh. He will be a very good barrel horse- I am already impressed with his athleticism and great temperament. He is very willing and gentle and likes to be around people.
-------------------------------------------- Last in this segment though definitely not least is Dottie Autumn Shadow, aka Autumn, our 2 y/o leopard Appaloosa filly who is by Born Supreme and out of Litltree Cheyenne. She is outstandingly eyecatching, we absolutely love her color! |

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| First off is Foxy Red Miss, aka Missy, a 2000 APHA mare. She is in her first year of barrel training, and showing great progress and promise. She is currently Michelle's main barrel mount, and also makes a very nice trail riding mount. Missy is a half-sister of Hillbilly
-------------------------------------------- Wildfire is a 2001 mustang mare. She is a very well broke, surefooted and sound trail horse, one of the best trail horses out there. She is stout and extrememly adventurous- she LOVES to explore new mountain trails! She is Laura's main trail mount because she is so willing to go new places and easy to ride.
--------------------------------------- Silky Sparkle, aka Sparkle, is Wildfire's 2005 filly who is Michelle's main trail mount. She shares her mother's color, surefootedness and sense of adventure, plus she is SUPER-calm and even as young as she is anyone can ride her. She was practically born broke, and is more like a dog than a horse.
--------------------------------------------- Sunset Traveller, aka Traveller, is a 1995 Tennessee Walking Horse gelding. He is a super nice horse, the absolute perfect horse for Molly. He is energetic, tall, sweet, kind, gentle, smooth and gaited, and LOVES to trail ride! His favorite thing is to lope at a nice, regular speed up a long, tough trail!
---------------------------------------------------- Next is Cheyenne, a 2001 16.1hh gelding, the newest addition to our family. He is a nice, smooth trail horse, sweet natured and very well broke. |
